Fill out your supervisions electronically and email to your subjects and Supervision Coordinators. If possible, save or print to a PDF document so they can be viewed from any platform. Also, save the file logically, such as ‘yyyy-mm-dd-Lastname_Firstname-TH.pdf’ (TH is the supervisor’s initials) This will help keep your files organized and help the Supervision Coordinators keep track of who is supervising who and when.
